At Plennes Property Management, we provide excellent service to investment property owners, your tenants, and even homeowners. Ultimately, allowing us to manage your properties more efficiently and profitably for you. We serve the Metro Milwaukee market as well as all surrounding municipalities.

We rely on our education and experience to manage your properties as though they are our own. Timothy Plennes earned his Master’s Degree in Building and Construction Management from Purdue University along with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.  He has nearly 25-years of experience in the construction industry, paired with over 16-years of experience in professional property management.

Timothy has been instrumental in leading Milwaukee area construction projects ranging from residential remodels to historic restorations to multi-million dollar new construction programs.

In 2006, Timothy launched Plennes Property Management, LLC to serve properties held privately by the organization.  Since then, Plennes Property Management has grown into a full-service property management firm.  We provide services on an “a la carte” basis.  You select the services that best meet your needs.  There is no need to overcommit yourself to expensive contracts if you require minimal services.
